Dr. Gail Hartin is chairman of the NPM Cantor Certificate Committee. She serves as cantor and lector at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch, Texas and is a member of the Board of NPM Dallas. As a retired principal and professor, she continues to mentor doctoral students and school administrators.
